We publish your event’s proceedings and book of abstracts in open access, with ISBNs, and take care of typesetting and design. Artsürem is credited as publishing partner in the event’s programme and announcements.

We can offer a prize for the best paper by a student or early-career researcher at your event. The jury is formed by the event’s scientific committee, and the prize does not count as acceptance for publication.

We can also run a workshop or session on editing, open access and preparing for indexing.

Universities, foundations and learned societies can support our open-access publishing. We acknowledge our supporters on this page.

• Supporters’ logos appear only on this page and in event materials, never on article pages.
• Submissions from supporting institutions go through the usual process; support plays no part in peer review.
• Every partnership runs under a written agreement that safeguards editorial independence.
