Conference publications
We publish the proceedings of scientific events in open access. Each event becomes a book with an ISBN in Artsürem Publishing’s Proceedings series, and its papers are free for everyone to read.
Proceedings
Full papers become chapters of the book. The book is open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, and its cover and imprint page state that it is a book of proceedings.
The event’s scientific committee assesses the abstracts, and the book’s editors prepare the full papers for publication. We take care of typesetting, cover design and the ISBN.
Book of abstracts
The book of abstracts is published before the event, in the same series and with its own ISBN.

Special collections in journals
Extended versions of selected papers may be submitted to journals on the platform, either as regular submissions or to a special collection with an open call. Like every submission, they go through double-anonymized peer review, and the journal’s editor makes the decision.
Conference papers are never passed on to the journals directly.
Fees
The event’s organizer pays for publication; we never charge participants. The fee depends on the size of the book and is set out in our quote.
Under TÜBİTAK 2223-B (opens in a new tab), the funding scheme for scientific events held in Türkiye, a book of proceedings and abstracts counts as an organization expense.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that papers will be published in a journal, that the book will be indexed, or that it will earn any particular academic credit.
